Sage is a spicy food devotee and vintage knick-knack collector with an eye for detail and a palate for adventure.

Growing up in Singapore, she developed an early fascination with global flavors and the stories behind them. After training in French cuisine and earning her Culinary Arts Management diploma from George Brown’s Chef School, Sage built a decade-long career that bridges the kitchen, set, and studio.

From Toronto’s buzziest wine bars to international food styling projects, her work blends culinary expertise with creative direction — transforming ingredients into visuals that taste as good as they look.

Her client roster includes LCBO/Food & Drink, Chatelaine, Kim Crawford, Kitchenaid, Indigo, Organic Traditions & KFC.
