Simone is a world-renowned makeup artist, known as much for her precise and flawless makeup application, as she is for her core values. She has spent much of her career advocating for inclusivity on sets, as well as mentoring up-and-coming artists. She draws on her wealth of knowledge to act as a consultant for beauty brands, and this lead her to a pivotal role as a Founding Team Member for 19/99 Beauty. On October 14th, 2023 she was awarded ‘Makeup Artist of the Year’ at the prestigious CAFA Awards.

Simone has worked with celebrities such as Sandra Oh, Mandy Moore, Selena Gomez, Salma Hayek, Lorde, Chloe Grace Moretz, Melanie Griffith, Winnie Harlow, Rita Ora, Rose Byrne, and Rachel McAdams. Her work has been featured in campaigns for prestigious fashion and beauty brands, including Sephora, BITE Beauty, Holt Renfrew, Nordstrom, Canada Goose, The Room at Hudson’s Bay, and Shoppers Drug Mart. She has worked alongside such photographers as Annie Leibovitz, Brigitte Lacombe, Francesco Scavullo and Max Abadian. She has worked on shows such as Balenciaga, Helmut Lang, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Celine and Carolina Herrera, and her work has been published in Vogue (United States, Germany), Vanity Fair, ELLE (Germany, Canada), and FASHION Magazine.
